For my final hyper essay project, I will deeply analyze about protests and movements in Thailand. Having unique political system, Thailand experienced various types of protests and movements throughout 2000s. However, protests in 2013-2014 can be described as turmoils and chaos of the Thailand history. Protests were happened due to amnesty bill that gives pardon for prisoners and all of wrongdoings since 2004, and struggles between two major parties in Thailand parliament: Pheu Thai party and democrat party. Because of Thaksin's corruption, many of demonstrators began to protest in center city of Bangkok in 2013, and still this movement is in process.

Deaths of foreigners and foreign reporters, deaths and injuries of demonstrators became popular in global media and news. These elements are not only political considerations but also considerations that are pertaining to media as well.
